Orders $40 and over: FREE Standard Shipping
Orders under $40: Flat shipping fee of $8
We partner with reliable carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx, to deliver your orders. Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email to update your order status.
Back Orders: If an item goes on back order, we will ship your order in separate parts as items become available. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for back-ordered items.
We unfortunately cannot ship to the following locations:
Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific
Addresses containing PO Box numbers
Once an order is successfully submitted, the shipping address is considered final and confirmed by the customer.
If you request a change of address after placing the order, Warcat will do its best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee that the modification will be completed before the order is processed or shipped.
If the address update cannot be completed in time and the package is delivered to the original address provided at checkout, Warcat will not be held responsible for any loss, delivery failure, or inability to receive the package.
In such cases, if you still wish to request a return or refund, it will be processed according to our standard Return Policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will only be issued once the product is returned to and inspected by our warehouse.
